A typical electric to gas installation of a standard tankless water heater includes:
- Up to 25 feet of gas line
- Up to 25 feet of water line
- Taxes
- Removal and disposal of the old water heater
*The installing Gas Advantage Dealer will charge any extraordinary expenses to you. The dealer must meet all local code requirements and may bill compliance or additional installation needs directly to you. These requirements may be larger capacity water heater, permitting, excess water or gas lines, drain line, relief valve and line, gas shut-off valve, flex connector, expansion tanks, additional venting, etc. Permitting, venting and any electric wiring/rewiring costs are not included in a typical program installation. The dealer will identify any additional needs and provide you with an estimate for approval before work begins.
